Online Product Purchase Terms and Condition

These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) set out the terms and conditions that will apply when you place an order through Ehsan Optics operated web shop. If you are unable to understand or have any questions about these Terms please contact Ehsan Optics Head Office. You will be required to confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms before you submit an order to Ehsan Optics.

Ehsan optics has the rights to change the terms and condition at any time.

These Terms do not affect your legal (statutory) rights under Bahrain applicable national laws relating to the sale of consumer products.

  1. Order and Acceptance

1.1 Each order submitted constitutes an offer to purchase products. Orders are subject to Ehsan Optics acceptance and may be refused at Ehsan Optics discretion, for example in cases where:

orders cannot be processed due to an error in the information you have provided;

there is an error on the webshop relating to the products that you have ordered, for example, an error relating to the price or description of the product as displayed on the webshop; or

the products that you have ordered are no longer available through the webshop.

1.2 After Ehsan Optics receives your order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. If you do not receive an email, contact Ehsan Optics before you try to place another order for the same product.

1.3 You will receive a call /email when your order is being dispatched confirming that your order has been accepted.

1.4 If you have any questions, comments or concerns regarding the Ehsan Optics order acceptance policy, or if you consider that your order was rejected in error, please contact Ehsan Optics.

  1. Product Availability

Ehsan Optics will have the right, at any time, to make changes to information about products displayed on the webshops, for example, information about prices, description or the availability of products and Ehsan Optics may do so without first giving you notice of the changes. Ehsan Optics will not, however, make any changes to the price, availability or description of any product after an order has been accepted.

  1. Customer Initiated Order Cancellations And Changes

You can make changes to or cancel your order at any time before your order has been processed. To make changes to your processed order, please contact Ehsan Optics Head Office or via Whatsapp +973 17224478. If your order has already been dispatched, please see Return and Exchange Policy.

  1. Delivery

Same Day Delivery (Within Bahrain): If the order is placed before 1:00 PM. except for Fridays.

Normal Delivery: 1-2 Working Days (excluding Fridays)

In some cases, some products might not be available for all countries. You will be informed of any such territorial restrictions before you can purchase the product.

Shipping and handling charges will depend on the value of your order and the country to which the product is being shipped. Any customs duties or tariffs that may be imposed on the deliveries will be paid by you.

Any delivery dates provided to you in connection with your order are estimates. Although the aim is to provide you with accurate estimates as possible, Ehsan Optics cannot promise that they are accurate.

Ehsan Optics reserves the right to deliver the ordered products in separate shipments.

A product that is delivered to you will become your property at the time that you receive it provided that Ehsan Optics has received full payment for the product. As soon as Ehsan Optics has delivered the product to you, you will become responsible for it and for any loss or damage to it thereafter.

  1. Prices and Payment

The product price is always the price indicated in the online shop when you place your order.

Products and their postage are paid in conjunction with the order. Online payment methods are provided by Credimax and Benefit.

Payments by credit and debit cards: If you would like to pay by credit or debit card, Ehsan Optics will act solely as the marketer of the respective payment method and will provide the products to the customer. All complaints and claims for compensation will be handled by the payment method provider. With regard to payments made by credit or debit card, the payment method provider acts as the merchant of the product and the trade transaction takes place between the customer and the payment method provider. The payment method provider is also the recipient of the payment.

  1. Exchange / Refunds

No exchange or return on promotion/sale items.

Item(s) can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of collection as per the following conditions:

  • Frames and Sunglasses in the original condition.
  • Contact lens in the original condition.
  • Prescription Lens in case of a manufacturing defect.
  • Due to hygienic reasons, solutions and eye drops cannot be exchanged or returned

No cash refund will be given instead we would be gladly offered a credit note.

  1. Delivery Acknowledgment

A signed collection slip by the customer or a person who is accepting the parcel from the delivery person and will be considered as a delivery note. Also, you will receive a delivery acknowledgment email after the delivery.

If there are any issues related to delivery, you can report us on the below-mentioned contact numbers within 24hrs of acknowledgment email. Any request after that will not be considered.
